JustOnce is free to start — the Free plan includes 20 memories and 10 document pages a month with 2 AI-assistant connections. Plus is US$8.99/month, Pro is US$19.99/month, students pay US$4.49/month, and Team seats are US$19.99/user/month. Recall and search are always free on every plan.

A memory holds up to 1,000 words and a page is 2,000 characters of document text. Longer items simply use more of your allowance — a 2,500-word note saves as three linked memories, and a long report uses one page per 2,000 characters. Nothing is ever rejected or deleted.

Everything you have already saved stays fully searchable and recallable — recall is always free. To add more this month, grab a Boost Pack, upgrade your plan, or simply wait for your allowance to reset. Nothing is ever deleted or held back.

JustOnce saves text — typed, pasted, emailed, or saved by a connected assistant. For PDFs and scans, ask your connected AI assistant to read the file and save the key points to JustOnce. Your AI does the reading; JustOnce does the remembering.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Yes. Memory bodies are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a key issued for their space, and uploaded documents under your own key. Everything travels over TLS, and internal access is role-restricted and audit-logged.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect justonce.ai to AI assistants — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, and any MCP client. Your AI can then recall your stored preferences, history, and context across conversations — plus memories others have shared with you through shared spaces — and recall is free and unmetered on every plan.

You can request a full copy of your data at any time and we'll provide it in a portable format. A one-click self-service export isn't built yet — until it is, we won't claim it. You can view, edit and delete any memory in the web app, and download your activity log as CSV.
