Simple plans, honest limits

JustOnce is free to start — the Free plan includes 20 memories and 10 document pages a month. Plus is US$8.99/month, Pro is US$19.99/month, and Team seats are US$19.99/user/month. Recall and search are always free on every plan.

A memory holds up to 1,000 words and a page is 2,000 characters of document text. Longer items simply use more of your allowance — a 2,500-word note saves as three linked memories, and a long report uses one page per 2,000 characters. Files can be up to 25 MB. When your allowance runs out, new saves pause until it resets or you add more; nothing you already saved is deleted.

Everything you have already saved stays fully searchable and recallable — recall and search are always free, on every plan. New saves pause until your allowance resets; to add more this month, grab a Boost Pack or upgrade your plan. Nothing you have saved is deleted.

JustOnce saves text — typed, pasted, emailed, or saved by a connected assistant. For PDFs and scans, ask your connected AI assistant to read the file and save the key points to JustOnce. Your AI does the reading; JustOnce does the remembering.

Yes — every new account gets a free one-time welcome bonus of extra memories (100 on Free, 1,000 on Plus, 2,500 on Pro), and you can spend it importing what ChatGPT already knows about you. Once imported, the same memory serves each assistant you connect.

Team plans are US$19.99 per user per month, built around team shared spaces — pooled allowances and an admin console are on the roadmap, not built yet. Founding-team pilots run at US$12.99/user (minimum 3 seats) — talk to us to join the pilot.

No. Members join free — there is no per-seat charge for members, and recall and search are always free, on every plan. Team seats are a separate per-user plan for teams that run on shared spaces; pooled allowances and admin controls are on the roadmap, not built yet.

Plus includes 1 shared space and Pro includes 3; Free is your personal space only. Add more on a paid plan for US$4.99/month each — every extra space also adds +40 memories and +60 pages a month to your allowance. Invite anyone by email — no account needed: they create a free one, then accept. Members join free, with role-based access (Owner, Editor, Viewer). Each member’s own assistant recalls what’s shared with them, credited to the person who shared it. When your assistant asks to share something or invite someone, nothing is shared or sent until you approve it in JustOnce.

Yes. Share the memory a document is attached to into a shared space and the file goes with it — members read the facts, their own Claude recalls them, attributed to you, and the file is in the space: members open it in the web app. Members join free. A document is metered once, in pages, against whoever saved it; reading, recalling and opening it cost nothing.

Yes. Cancel any time; you move to Free and everything you’ve saved stays readable, and recall stays free.

Yes. Memory bodies are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a key issued for their space, and uploaded documents under a key for your account. JustOnce holds the keys, so this is not end-to-end encryption. Everything travels over TLS, and internal access is role-restricted and audit-logged.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect justonce.ai to AI assistants. Works with Claude, ChatGPT (Business, Enterprise and Edu), Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Codex and Claude Code. On ChatGPT Pro your assistant can read your memory but not save to it. Your AI can then recall your stored preferences, history, and context across conversations — plus memories others have shared with you through shared spaces — and recall is free and unmetered on every plan.

Ask us for a copy of your data any time; one-click export isn't built yet, and until it is, we won't claim it. You can view, edit and delete any memory in the web app, and download your activity log as CSV.
